Ok here we go, first I want u to go to www.stcloudstate.edu As far as I know to apply you have to send ur transcript (if in Nepal ur +2's transcript, If transferring then ur transfer release from the college, better ask ur college what that is) ani u will need a paper that says u hav enough money to pay ur fees( A letter from a bank that says ur parents name and shows the amount they hav in that bank which is around 8000$$). U will need to fill out a form which u can get frm college's website. I want u to visit college's website(shown above). that will give u better idea. and about that INSTATE thing, don't worry abt tht u will get it once u r enrolled and u will know more once u come here. anymore questions post a thread again..take care...
