Santosh Giri! I have one question regarding EB1 for you, If you feel obligated, just ignore it. One friend of mine is planning to appy for EB1(b). He has his ph.d and is a tenure track assistant porfessor in a state university. How long is the normal processing time for EB1 category? and any other suggestions that you have experienced? For the others - sorry for derailing the thread!
