Tell them you want FBI fingerprint for immigration. It might cost a few bucks to get the finger printed form. After that, you mail those printed forms to FBI with a cover letter. Sample cover letter sould be in FBI website. Google it. Make sure to put the deadline on envelope as well, otherwise, u gonna have to wait for months and months to get the report.
