santosh giri, I have a question for you? How relevant is it now to apply for asylum. One of my friend's dad used to be CDO back in Nepal. He was posted to the far western development region and also was threatened by many forces as we know what it is. He is right now in USA. His visa is expiring on October. He came here in b1/b2. How long does the process take. He does not want to stay here illegally rather wants to see the results within October. He is in dilemma . What would you suggest him.
