Dallas service center judges are very conservative in this asylum things. I would suggest you to either go to Newyork( virgina service center) or go to california service center. They are liberal in this case. Iits like gambling. It can be approved or not. There is a risk involved. If you are not approved you must leave the country and will be placed a bar of at least 2-3 years. If you want, you can stay here as long as you want illegally but you will be jeopardizing the rest of the opportunity. If you approved, you will be given the PR after a year. good luck
