StaticNepal has to name the person from NSA-Troy who told him that the fund is being distributed bi-weekly. Its the money that WE donated to the victim. He can not hide the identity of the person who gave him that information.

He has to scan a copy of the proof that he transferred the money to TROY people, and post it on this thread... after that, we need to contact the TROY management about this issue...... All of us who donated .... should email TROY about this issue.

StaticNepal can not be left alone, unless he takes these steps.... he has to name the person that he is in touch with..... and has to show us the proof about where he transferred the money. Scan the tranfer receipt and post it online....

and we, nepalese should email troy about what is going on...
