Parbatya Jee, Thanks for your comments. I come from Tanahun and Tanahun has been ruled by all kind of people – sadly, all of them turned out power hunger and corrupt. That’s the bitter truth. 1) Shree Bhadra Sharma: He was one time popular NC general secretary. But could not resist king Mahendra's offer and ended up being a “miserable” Minister. He betrayed Tanhune greatly. 2) Chhetra Pratap Adhikari: At the beginning he looked promising. But it did not take us much to know that he was Gyanedra and Sarad Chandra Shaha's Puchhar. 3) Now Ram Chandra Paudel and Govinda Joshi are so called representative of our district. They have done nothing ... nothing for the district .....but accumulated illegal wealth; have luxurious life; sent their kid/relatives abroad etc.. Both have been "yes man" of Girija and gang. Both held majors posts through out in 90’s. In terms of real work for the district, there is NOTHING we can count on. So Parbatya Jee, we have been ruled by corrupts and dacoits. May people from Dang (Khum Bahadur's district), Sunsari (Gachhedar's district), or Gorkha (Wagle's district) understand the pain, humiliation, and frustration we have. DB
