I don't think Javed Akther has to do anything with making rules. As a senior and most respected among the judges, I think, he got honor of announcing the rules whatever the producers came up with. With this new rule I would say Rock dude got the most chance of getting thru as he is Alisha ,Anu's fav & Udit supportes both Alisha and Anu.
