Expected Time line: Labor: 3 months. I knew someone who got approved in 2 days, and also I knew someone who got approved in 5 and half months. Normally it will be approved in 3 months. I-140(Premium): Got approved in 4 days. Normal time is 2-3 months without premium. I-485: Knew someone who got GC in 3 months after I-140 approved. Got workpermit in 3 weeks after I-140 approval.
