Dear friends, I came to sajha with hopes of befriending many Nepalese that surf this site..I had heard through word of mouth that Sajhaites were some of the most understanding, tolerant, and brilliant Nepalese throughout the world gathered in one internet forum...Therefore, when I began my first thread advising Nepali people to bathe regularly I did not expect such a backlash...Rather than thanking me for my concern and genuine care for them, these individuals took offense to my comments and proceeded to harass me and defame my character...Name-calling and petty replies from my fellow sajhaites became commonplace....Despite my tough-guy online persona, deep down I am a soft teddybear...and I just want you all to know that your harsh words have affected me greatly...Over the past few weeks, I have lost a great deal of self-esteem due to your verbal abusiveness...No one deserves to be treated so unfairly for having a different opinion...When I commented that Nepalese cuisine could be improved in my thread "momo sucks" or that Nepal's current situation could be improved by demolishing the Himalayas in the thread "Mt. Everest sucks" I was met with great hostility, both times....Anyways, after reading comments from some of the users the past few days I have been moved to tears...Yesterday, I cried myself to sleep...Anyways, my family has noticed a big change in my behavior since you have all ridiculed me and scorned me....My uncle suggested I consult a psychologist...I begin therapy next tuesday...I hope to make significant progress to get back to emotional stability I had prior to coming on this site...Anyways, these days I dont even enjoy the simpler things in life...The grass doesnt seem as green, the sunset doesnt seem as beautiful, the cascading waterfall has lost all its splendor in my eyes...and you know what??...Sajhaites, whom I used to hold in such high regard and hoped for friendship with, well they have all sworn enmity against me...Please, everyone, I want to be your friend...I would greatly appreciate it if you wanted to be my friends, as well..thank you so much... --Bikas "Mr. Lonely" Jyu
