.Lemoney..it's simple. just soak the boddi over night. cut alu in cubes. fry the tama and keep it aside. once the oil is hot enough just phurao methi and dry red chilli, add pyaz, paste of aduwa and lasoon,turmaric powder(Baysar), little paprika powder till it turns brownish, add tomatoes,sprinkle jeera and dhania powder, mix them well for about three minutes, add bodi, alu, tama, salt. add little water and let it boil, keep on adding water little by little..till alu and bodi gets tender, if you are using pressure cooker..just maaro sitti..if you want real sour one then add little tamarind paste or sqeeze half lemon when it's cooked.. happy cooking!! :-)
