I think here is small misunderstanding going on. Nepalese Currency is not getting strong against $$$. Its because Indian Currency is geting Strong then $$$$.And nepal and India has fixed exchange rate. So Nepal is getting relatively advantage from indian currecy geting stronger. Other reasons: 1. Poor American Economy. 2. Rising Indian Economy. 3. Increase in import in crude oil by India. 4. Increase in Export by india. 5. Decrease in Export by USA 6. And many more....
