Captain Haddock, Thanks for taking time to reply. I just posted another thread in case people do not notice. I agree with you that globalization of labor is already happening. The question is should developed countries make their border more transparant (accessible) to workers from developing world. Remittance and work opportunities-wise poor people from developing countries stand to gain a lot (if and when it happens). Is there some cost involved? BKB
