I admit The Heritage foundation is right wing but their projection is not incorrect.We need to drop wings and see for legal immigrants who are pursuing legal path ,also to average american citizens..Is it fair?

for many reasons:If you read the article you would understand .but lets see from a immigrant point of view which the article doesn't enlighten:
Why immigrants come to USA?
- For Quality of Life, For better chances to make it in US economically and materially.
how does it impact - if it was quantity not quality isn't there India and china ahead?

If you have to compete for the job with 100 millions would it be fun ?(not even looking from perspective of american citizen just immigrant )
Will the jobs being outsourced stop just because there is more people?was it ever the reason of being outsourced?If the wages is same in USA and INDIA ..then what is the incentive?incentive was quality - but when quantity overlaps this forget about quality.
the main cause of India and china- quantity (population ) not being able to provide quality of life.

This bill is also unfair in many aspects as well as in Point system.You need to read the complete article.Unfair to people who are working already in US and who are not labors.

For US citizen : this is bill is just path to hell for immigrants also it is not the good.
