Have a look at this news. How can they force their ideology on others. Every people has freedom of choice. I request YCL to find a proper job for themselves and do not extort money.
YCL to stop Gurkha recruitment

KATHMANDU, May 25 - The Young Communist League (YCL), youth wing of the CPN (Maoist), said it would stop recruitment of Gurkha soldiers into the British Armed Forces at the earliest.
Following its central committee meeting that continued for three days in Kathmandu, the YCL said it would seek alternative employment opportunities and stop the employment of Nepalis in the British Army.
