Anyways, 1) Is Sikkim worse today then it was under the Chogyals? 2) How does Taplejung / Paanchthar (Sikkim's neighbouring districts) in Nepal fare in relation to Sikkim prior to 1975 ? and today in 2007 ? 3) Is Nepalese culture today preserved better in Gangtok / Sikkim or Kathmandu (Nepal) ? 4) Did the people of Sikkim revolt when India annexed it ? What was there to revolt anyways ? 5) Does anyone know about the special previelages which the people of Sikkim enjoy in Tndia today in comparision to the people of Bihar / UP ?
