It is in process of being reviewed. It is not passed yet. I've been hearing about immigration reform and guest worker visas since 2001.. i won't be suprise if this disappears in a thin air also. Last year's heated debate and president's speeaches on TV about the reform following the massive riot by tortured soul didn't wake anyone up... i highly doubt it if anything is goin tohappen this time also. See even here insajha..people are not even interesed on this thread... Besides, what does it do good to Nepali students and H1bs already in the USA... They do not get any preference more than any IT desii fresh out of the boat. I think it is even going to be harder for them now because now they've got to compete witht he whole world with the point system . Time for Nepali students and H1bs to pack up...
