My friend, 1. You can be in one and only one visa status. not on h1,f1 and k1(if any) 2. Even while you are on H1B you can get enrolled in Kaplan. It is benificial soem times because if your meet the requirement of state residency you can claim in state tuttion in state universities. However private university does not provide this.
