I think he is okey. He seems more confident, has good command of Nepali, and is about the only person around who can threaten the Prachanda and his YCL goons. Alas, he is squeezed in Terai, other parties have already hijacked his agenda, there is already Sadbhavana, and in the extreme end, there are two other terrorist group already operating. I don't see much space for him, unless he is really a charismatic one.
