Why was this article a "MUST READ FOR EVERY PERSON" to begin with? Would be nice to hear from Mr. President on what he thinks about bullying smaller Neoghbors a la Nepal, Bangladesh etc...Providing Unrestricted access to ports (for landlocked countries), as identified in the UN Charter, and actually doing business in good faith, rather than cunning strategies.....Having said that, there are some things in the Article that can be referential in the context of Nepal. ANd, this article is in no way a must to all Nepalis....its talks about how to make India more powerful, get more weapons, and more ego to push its neighbors towards the curb......
