Chwela ko recipe - SNDY style

INGREDIENTS

Note: Ingredients should be exactly as I stated.

Preparation Method

  1. Cut chicken in small beautiful pieces. If you want to make haku chwela, u can bake it again for 15 minutes (it won't turn haku, but may/may not give you haku chwela taste)  Add  ginger and garlic paste, chilly powder, cumin powder and salt.
  2. Mixed it together with your own right hand. Please don't use your left hand.
  3. Take a small pan. Heat oil and add turmeric powder, some garlic, and methi. Once methi turns black, mix it with chicken. "jhwain" sound is very essential when u mix it with chicken. If you don't get the "jhwain" sound, your chwela is gone,kaput, khattam. That is the determinant factor.  Again mix it well with your right hand. Again, don't use your left hand.
  4. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
