Gurudev, Nepal will remain same if some people like you do not initiate to change it. There are problems, alright. If around 500 people out of hundred of thousand educated and working in western side of the glove go back to Nepal and try to change the things, I am sure it will have a big impact. It would be a very good idea to make an organization and initiate changes. I am going back to the country with a hope that I will be able to make some changes in the system. I know that it is difficult. There will certainly be frustrations and at times, I will regret. My family and relatives will ask me to go back. But still I am giving it a try. Getting a degree from one of the best US universities, if I think only of my life when my country is standing in such a juncture will be very selfish. You know what, if it does not work, you have always an option open to come back. At least give one year or so to your country. All the best!
