Gurudev, It is not bad idea to go back to Nepal for some time and see what you can do there. Nevertheless, I belive, your academic qualification, financial situation, and friends and relative in Nepal should not be discounted when making such decision. Personally, I do not like the idea of going Nepal , look for a job and settle down. I rather like to do something challenging- introducing some new idea or concept in Nepal which you may have learned from the US. So good luck to u.... Rudder
