Hey Bri:
Thanks for the advice. I've read Gandhi twcie- back in Nepal.
And I recently bought a copy of it from Chapters...LMAO. funny you should mention him.
And Dalai Lama- well after reading Gandhi, I think the reading is all there. And Ayn Rand seems too hardcore for me. I'm a simple guy. Objectivism is too much to think of- besides I wanna do something back home to contribute to the Nepali society- something not quite Ayn Randish?
And for internships- I turned one down from chicago...they wanted me to work thru winter and I thought, heck no. I need to be done with school. It was a trading position, risk arbitrage, quantitative trading that kind of thing. Too bad I missed the boat there. But hopefully, once I'm done, these big investment banks and/or hedge funds will see what I'm worth. GPA= not so good. Extracurricular experience= crazy good.
I need to complete MY DERIVATIVES COURSE AAARRGGHHHH!!!! It's preliminary but I wanna master Hull's Book at the same time with this other book.
Anybody here heard of John C. Hull? His book on derivatives is a must for most (if not all) business schools and I have the quantitative version. So while I may not be attending school, I am studying a whole lot this summer. GRR...lol
Weekend's here. Plans????
