Hi, everyone My H1B got denied and OPT is getting expired In Aug. Tried to join some community college but they also refused ON the ground that If u r already an MBA joining Undergrad makes u only suspicious and irrational. Thinking about Kaplan to get ext. and planning to apply for Canadian residency as at this point of time going back home seems sucidal. Anyone with info about Canadian Residency or any good lawyer ............ Appreciate your precious suggestion ....... Pls help me out.......... Thanx
