Yeah...if this judge wins even a $100,000, then the American legal system needs some thorough cleaning up to do. In the end, society as a whole would pay the costs for the higher insurance premiums that business would now be forced to take. Damn, it sucks to be the Chungs while the kallu judge must be laughing his azz off (and they're even offering to pay upto $12K for one pant!)! BTW, who takes their $600 pants to be dry cleaned at a $3 place??? Looks like the retard judge is BSing his way into this!
