First Method:
1. Cut ripe cucumber into small rectangular pieces without peeling off the skin and excluding the inside which you can give to kids or eat yourself with salt and crushed red peppers.
2. Put the cut pieces into a large container, add salt, red (chili) powder, mustard oil, crushed mustard seeds and some spices I dont know what all.
3. Mix the ingredients well with hand and let it marinate for a while.
4. Stuff the mix into a glass jar, preferably Horlicks ko bottle or something like that as much as you can and put the cap on.
5. Put the jar someplace where it can get enough sunlight for like 10-15 days.
6. Ready
Second Method:
1. Call mom back home and ask for a jar or Kakro ko Achhar and receive it in 10-15 days
Third Method:
1. Visit a Nepali family in your area and ask for a jar of the same
Fourth method:
1. Use your head and try to remember what all goes in that Achhar and how to make it
