To the Business Artchitect: I see flaws in your biz module. First, you are creating a niche market just for Nepalese Customers, in that, you are curtailing yourself to one segment of vertical market capitalization. Besides, the customers would be attracted because of language and geographical affiliations, which in long-term tends to fire back at you. Again economies of scale suggest that the more diversified customers, you have, the more you would gather momentum in terms of volume. Like, Cyberdude and Messenger pointed out, the visa is one crux of it, and the rentention rate is another based on quick-to-get GC channels. Ani, your biz module is not going to work out well, given the need of high-fluency english and high-white-matter required for NCLEX passing. At least from Just Nepali customer-base prespective. No offense but that is the truth. I assume that you are running a copy-cat of what Telegu peeps do for IT consultancy. Hmmm? Do you have local inside expertise on Nursing side of stuff in VA or any other states? Do you have contacts to place your customers? Fill me in! Yes baby boomers are retiring, yes the market capitalization is there to be exploited. Please seek "How" for your questions. on sound note, this module will work out well, if you have a local base in Kerela! Hai na. Best~! -B B is posting this because he thinks he can contribute to this thread. I would refrain from my inputs if I see any unwanted flames and flares coming out of ignorance and/or little knowledge.
