No, I don't think so. By the way, what do you mean by "acting to be neutral?" Unless you have an ethical code as an yardstick of neutrality, there is no such a thing called neutral.
And that said, mysansar.com definitely is not neutral, for it blatantly abhors and writes againist what it calls "mandaleys."
If all people "do have a freedom of expression and they can publish whatever they believe in," there is no point of outcry on Sajha asking people to stop to read mysansar.com. :)
