Well, Quota system is not the best possible alternative but at this point of time .Quota systems should heal the gaps .Slowly once these discriminated population gets in thier feet .Quota system should be slowly decreased. Maoist Enthnic based republician set up is sure way to divide the country.Nomatter how many reasons you gave that it is the best.My heart not only head tells that it will be sucidal decision for Nepal..But Now the thing is Maoist will not even get 20% of the seats .So , there is not chance as such. It is easier to divide but harder to unite!!!1
