I am not here to make a comment on the authors views but find this style of writing pretty interesting. S/He sounds like a very angry person trying to express her/his feelings through this writing. This is one of the immature types of defense mechanisms that phychiatrists and psycoloanalysts describe as projection. The behaviour is not as uncommon as one might think. [Projection is the attribution of one's undesired impulses onto another. Here the author is projecting her/his anger to an entire community. S/he could have been angry from any cause; eg. failure in life].
