But still I am not sure if I will quilify for the exeption listed in this link: http://www.britainusa.com/visas/articles_show_nt1.asp?i=65025&L1=41000&a=41448 I have valid F1 visa wihich will expire some time in 2009. Do I really qualify for the exemption? Please let me know.
