anybody can get citizenship after 16 years of age if he is born in Nepal. Otherwise you have to go through few extra rules. Now even indians are buying nepali nagarikata ( you can see the newspapers online) why you cant get it? But it is not necessary to renew your citizenship. keep that in mind.
