Just send them the "attested" copies of your certificates or transcripts first. You can notarize here in the US as well. Go to Town Hall and notarize. I am pretty sure a lots of TU people have done it before. They will answer you.

Visit the following link and evaluate yourself. Make sure you check on
"Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies" in Education Section.

But if I were you, I would wait till I finish MBA and get more points.
