I will never live in a nepali's house again. no privacy, very nosy landlord. Lived in a basement of a nepali for 8 months and i had enough. However, if you get seperate entrance and seperate kitchen and the landlord doesn't come to do laundry when you are trying to read or rest, then it's okey.
