We all kathmanduers want to move the capital somewhere else so all the Kathes will stop flooding...Hetauda/Narayanghat ! But not Biratnagar..NO WAY!!..A bordering city with Bihar...never possible...you show me one capital city in the world bordering with another country...that will be a disaster...that guy who put the comment is a real stupid.
