Better late than never. so i have NOT deviated from what i said about Dr. Rijal, mind you! you are entitled to your opinion and so am i. i have never said your statement was personal and or offensive. if you really want me to open up a bit on Dr. Rijal, not that i claim you could have any less, but as for i am concerned, i have had quite a long working experience in the academic field of nepal for quite some time and without intending to sound pompous, i believe, i have, fairly tightly, felt the pulse-beat of the existing scene of academics in nepal and the potential of the personalities involved in it. in "comparative" basis, Dr. Rijal sure does stand out among others. hence my statement about him in the first post.
