i got your point h1b brother....as far as your concern to the leader taking your rights away...to me, there is not a single "real leader" in nepal yet. so, i cant even imagine that the current leaders going to protect my rights, so,i have been doing that by myself as far as i can, and i hope you will do that too. i dontexpect anything from any of the leader currently leading our nation...if at some point in the future, some "heroes" will apper to whom we can trust on, then only i will leave "rights protection" job to them. by the way, i wish you all the best on your venture to change status from h1b to GC and finally citizen. i will certainly provide you a free trash bag at that time to dump your nepali citizen. i hope you will get a visa to visit nepal after being citizen of some other country, and also hope you will make lot of changes in nepal during your couple months visit. good luck!
