while not 100% may suck, but majority of the nepali communities do suck. much of these so call communities are managed by old folks who are not open minded and who have same old traditional mentality back home, and hence tend to trash unnecessary sort of rules or expect same from eveyone softa stereotying, and that's why there's often conflict. hence these communities are not strong, they become active during one or two days in a year when there is some program, means of income for these folks or organizers. furthermore, these folks are not creative to come of with new ideas to attract new members and strenthen the whole community. they will take the so called community with them. Bottomline is nepali community sucks.
