Thanks Obie, I have talked to them about the scheduling issues and they seem to be ok with it so far. But my main question was, Can they cancel the H1 petitioning process ONCE they've already sent in the paperwork to the USCIS for filing? Ekchoti file garisakepachhi are they able to cancel it?
