Only people who have excellent credit history who are NOT trying to get away from collection agencies and the married ones who are very loyal to their respective spouses can keep one phone number for life. But for a single person, it is very hard to keep one phone number as a new phone number/residence after each relationship ends is very very helpful as told to me by one of my friends. HEHEHE! So I don't know if one phone or multiple phone is the way to go. ;P
