This so called “Perl Regmi”, actually his name is Moti Bahadur Regmi, but he switched his name to Perl. Look at the cartoon he had post in nepalipost.com, everybody knows that the Gour incident is between Maoist and Madeshi. But he brought Hindu dharma in this ugly incident.
