Hari Shrestha might be a cheap individual. Being cheap is one thing, while a crime on humanity is another thing. Extorting, beating up an individual for not agreeing to pay extortion money, is a crime on humanity, specially by members and activists of a political party. Let us denounce this act and make the maoists pay for this, and not make Hari Shrestha a scapegoat because he's one cheap individual.
