The PM's residence might have been a logical starting point, but I wonder if Prachanda's residence is where they should go next. Don't be surprised, it just might happen. If not the businessman, someone or the other is bound to bang on his doors soon. And who knows that might be more effective than SPA and civil society baby-talking to him. Just a thought.
