Pretty much from ur side. I am also fron Kshetra no. 3 in Chitwan and I know well enough about Kshetra no. 4 because of Madi. The island of chitwan. I never encourage people to become a follower of any party politics. Everyone should be free to make their own opinion. If u get aligned to any political stream u r polluted and u start defending each and every act of them. Which I have learned from my experience, might be my experience is more that urs. but might be only. :-) Again Bikash ji Institution is never bad it is the people who represent it. Think of it. have fun. Afterall Chitwan has better political awareness. I am glad and proud to be a Chitwaune.
