i have heard so many complaint about this gulf air thing. first of, the personnel of the airline have some wrong way of thinking about nepalese in general.They give like two different treatment for the passengers depending who they are. ( I guess that's why they are being treated like that by the WEST) One of my friends' luggage got lost on the way, and of course the followup was worst, and she was so frustrated by the whole incident. she went to nepal for like a month or so to relax and enjoy with her family, and ended up worrying about the nonsense luggage thing the whole time. I guess you get what you pay for, but still these are some of the fundamental and basic things we expect from any service industry.
