NEPSYSINC Girija is not a charismatic leader but a strong crisis manager which we need now. Like KTM BIS said, nobody is perfect and nobody can work the way you desire but a level of optimum output is expected from girija which certainly didnot happen amidst the rotten sucker leaders behind him. I would rather tell you to stay neutral if u don't like him personally and keep watching the next steps.
