this picture shows that our country and some people have 15th ..16th centuary thinking ...They are really really conceptually backward people ..and have hollow mind , thinking and their leadership make them excite from hollow slogan.....Its shame for Nepali people....of course those who did wrong in the nation ,they must be punished according to prevailing law....but this is really jungalli ..and very old system of punishment........I hate such act......Be modern...think modern....do modern....
