Agreed, the Dateline series is a little too aggressive. In the last episode, they showed how the story took a nasty turn when one of the accused killed himself when cops showed up to raid his house. But, that doesn't mean the culprits should be tempted. This could have been a real underage minor and the predators could have succeeded. Although I think if they just chat but don't show up for the act, then they shouldn't be charged as heavily (charged nonetheless). Dateline can't play holier-than-thou as they are doing this for ratings (beat American Idol) and a good story; hence are very aggressive. But the fact remains that the accused bought the trap and are guilty as charged.
