Is the concept of Federal State really viable for a small country like ours, Nepal? I have posed this very question elsewhere in the sajha, but am reposing again with the hope that it will really pique all of our brains before we go any further into the federalism hoopla. In my opinoin, what is needed most is change in people's attitude in regards to tolerance and respect for diversity in nepal. In the guise of federalism, aren't there certain vested interest groups trying to break my cool country into pieces? This is bothering me. -Jyapoo
